Baltimore Ravens 2021 NFL Draft needs

EDGE

At the moment the Baltimore Ravens currently only have two players on their roster who can be considered edge rushers, Calais Campbell and Jaylon Ferguson.

Pass rushers Yannick Ngakoue and Matthew Judon are set to hit free agency and it is hard to imagine that the team can bring back both players. If that is the case, the team will more than likely have its sights set on the draft to bring in players that will be able to contribute.

Playing in the AFC North, a division that features Joe Burrow, Ben Roethlisberger, and Baker Mayfield, the Ravens must be able to get to the quarterback, it will also allow their excellent secondary to continue to prosper.

Depending on how the team decides to address this need in free agency or in the resigning period, it will likely be a position they’ll look to take two players at.

Linebacker

LJ Fort and Patrick Queen did an admirable job for the Ravens this season. Between the two, Queen looks like a future Pro Bowl player who can lead the defense for many years to come.

However, the team will need to look at adding a player next to him who can make as much of an impact.

A name that the team could look at is LSU linebacker Jabril Cox. Pairing Queen with Cox will give the team versatility at the inside linebackers spot with two extremely athletic guys who can cover, rush the passer, and defend against the rush.
