2021 NFL Draft: Deshaun Watson on the move in latest NFL mock draft
Azeez Ojulari may be my favorite edge rusher in the 2021 NFL Draft. He is just such a fun player to watch with such a high ceiling as a player.
Against Cincinnati in Georgia’s bowl game, Ojulari put on an absolute clinic and nearly single-handedly closed that game out for the Bulldogs.
As a rusher, Ojulari is about as explosive as the come. He gets off the ball and around the edge in a flash. He can beat slower tackles in an instant and goes after the football once he gets to the quarterback.
While Ojulari may need to fill out his frame if he really wants to be a three-down player on the edge at the next level, he plays with the physicality and motor to get it done. He never gives up on plays and battles with the biggest and toughest blockers in the country.
With Jadeveon Clowney set to hit the free-agent market this offseason, the Tennessee Titans could be looking for a new edge presence across from Harold Landry. Ojulari is a very talented player with a ton of upside. He could come in and contribute right away, while continuing to develop into one of the best edge defenders in football.
