1. Houston Texans

Even though Bill O’Brien made the worst trade in recent NFL history by sending De’Andre Hopkins to the Arizona Cardinals for a 2nd-round pick and David Johnson, and even though he depleted the Texans 2021 draft capital, this is still the best of the three jobs currently available.

DeShaun Watson is the reason why.

Watson covers a multitude of sins, and we’re seeing the evidence of that in recent weeks. When he plays well, the Texans are tough to beat regardless of who else is on the team with him.

With that said, he can’t do it by himself and the new Houston coach/GM will have tough decisions to make.

Even still, it won’t be that tough to get good players to come play with DeShaun Watson, and if you can see past the 2021 draft capital issue, this Texans job is easily the most attractive.

Multiple offseasons will be necessary to re-shape this roster, but having Watson around raises all boats.
