Next on the list for the Atlanta Falcons is continuing to rebuild the secondary. While they did select A.J. Terrell in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft, it feels clear that they need more help at the position. The jury is still out on Isaiah Oliver, and while they may not draft someone this high, Jaycee Horn being available in round two is too much value to pass up.

Horn continues to rise up 2021 NFL Draft boards, and while we won’t see him again in 2020, he’s done enough to prove he can be selected in round one. Horn is physical at the line of scrimmage, and shows patience before turning his hips and running. He’s extremely competitive at the catch point and stays in the hip pocket of receivers vertically.

3. Scouting Report. Safety. Kolby Harvel-Peel. Oklahoma State. player. 856. Pick Analysis

The reload isn’t done in the secondary for the Atlanta Falcons, as they continue to beef up the back half of the defense by selecting Oklahoma State safety Kolby Harvel-Peel. When healthy, Keanu Neal is a force near the line of scrimmage, but getting someone with more range and ball skills on the back end would be helpful.

Peel is having a very solid season with the Cowboys in 2020, and could rise in the safety class in the coming months.
