The biggest surprise early on in this mock draft is Zach Wilson out of BYU to the Washington Football Team.

Who knows, by the time the 2021 NFL Draft rolls around, maybe they will even have a team name.

The WFT appears to be “out” on Dwayne Haskins. Backup Kyle Allen replaced Haskins earlier this season, and then when Allen went down with an injury, it was Alex Smith who was thrown back out there.

Haskins could be shipped off to the highest bidder as soon as the new league year starts up, and that will leave Washington with a void at the QB spot for the future.

Ron Rivera and the front office in Washington will need to make a move to get this team into contention quickly, and Wilson would be about as intriguing and exciting as it gets.

He has the ability to make big throws downfield under pressure, on the run, or standing tall in the pocket. He has tremendous mobility and vision when the pocket breaks down.

With his dual-threat ability, the Washington offense would take on a whole new dynamic.
