2021 NFL Draft: New mock draft with Justin Fields, Zach Wilson rising
After picking up Trevor Lawrence with their top selection, the New York Jets could go any number of ways with this pick here.
This pick came from the Seattle Seahawks for safety Jamal Adams, and with another pick right at the top of round two, they need to make sure they get the best value possible.
Two of the weakest spots on the Jets’ roster right now are wide receiver and cornerback. Even with the offensive line a possibility to address here, Tyson Campbell is the best corner on the board and there is a drop off after him.
Campbel hasn’t been great this season for Georgia this season, but he undoubtedly has the tools to become a stud starting cornerback in the NFL.
There is some risk here for the Jets, but Campbell could be a nice steal if he lives up to his potential.
