Ohio State. Justin Fields. player. Pick Analysis. QB. 52. Scouting Report. 2

The Jacksonville Jaguars started off the season with a win and everyone was talking about Minshew Mania.

Fast forward a couple of months, and Minshew is basically an afterthought when it comes to planning for this team’s future. He’s also injured, which doesn’t help his case.

Add in the fact that Justin Fields is playing out of his mind, and the Jaguars almost have no choice here.

In some years, Fields might contend for the number one overall pick.

He still might.

Since transferring over from Georgia to Ohio State, he has 52 touchdown passes, 12 rushing touchdowns, and just three interceptions.

His dual-threat ability gives the Jaguars a playmaker at the QB position who can also air the ball out 50 times a game if need be. There is no doubt at this point that Fields should be the pick here if Lawrence is the top pick.
