2021 NFL Draft: New mock draft with Justin Fields, Zach Wilson rising
The Chicago Bears have so many question marks offensively right now, but the wide receiver position is something the team can’t overlook in the 2021 offseason.
The Bears need to figure out the quarterback position and look for help on the offensive line as well, but is any alternative at this pick better than Jaylen Waddle?
Waddle has big-play ability no matter if he’s lined up in the slot, out wide, in the backfield, as a punt returner, or as a kickoff returner.
He can change the game any time he touches the ball, and even with the Bears’ needs elsewhere, he is much too good of a value to pass up on here.
Even considering a season-ending injury a few weeks ago, Waddle is a top 10 type of player with his speed, explosiveness, and strong hands.
