Putting together a three-round 2021 NFL mock draft for the Washington Football Team.

The Washington Football Team currently sits at 2-5 on the season. Despite their obviously poor record, they are still theoretically competitive in a weak NFC East this season. This team has exciting talent on both sides of the ball and could quickly become a team to watch if they are able to make the right moves over the offseason.

That being said, they are not going anywhere with Kyle Allen leading the way at quarterback. The Washington Football Team simply must make the quarterback position a priority this offseason, whether they make a major addition at the position through free agency or in the 2021 NFL Draft. However, that may be easier said than done.

Trevor Lawrence, Justin Fields and Trey Lance lead the way at the quarterback position in the 2021 NFL Draft class. All three of these talented signal-callers will likely go off of the board quickly and it is difficult to find a true franchise quarterback after the top three. If Washington plays well down the stretch and competes for a spot in the playoffs, it is going to be difficult for them to find their franchise quarterback this offseason. They may have to get creative in order to make it happen.

In this 2021 NFL mock draft, we are going to go three rounds deep with the Washington Football Team, attempting to find a potential franchise quarterback for the team in a difficult situation. Who is Washington able to find to lead the franchise going forward and who do they select to build around him? Follow along to find out.
