4. Second round (second pick): Chazz Surratt, LB, North Carolina

Value, value, value.

The Dolphins would probably be giddy about the chance to scoop up a player like Chazz Surratt with their second of two second-round picks in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Surratt, a former quarterback, is one of the great stories in all of college football right now.

He has transformed from a dual-threat quarterback to one of the best three-down linebacker prospects in college football. When everything is said and done, there’s a decent chance Surratt could be a first-round pick.

He’s been that good.

He has been loading up the stat sheet with total tackles, sacks, and this season he’s already got an interception and a forced fumble to go along with four sacks.

And he’s only getting better.

Brian Flores, a linebacker guy, would probably love to get his hands on an edge like Kwity Paye and an off-ball player like Surratt to add to his defense.
