3. Second round (from Texans): Najee Harris, RB, Alabama

The Dolphins were hoping that 2020 free agent pickup Jordan Howard could be a great value for them at the running back position, but that hasn’t happened.

Miami’s rushing attack offensively ranks 28th in yards and 31st in yards per carry. They need a jolt at the running back position badly, and the option of Najee Harris in the second round is a great one.

Harris has been outstanding in 2020 with 14 rushing touchdowns in just six games.

Harris has really been outstanding his entire time at Alabama, but he approaches the game like a pro already and is going to be one of the easiest projections to the NFL in this class.

For the Dolphins, he’s a no brainer because he already has chemistry and history with Tua Tagovailoa.

This would be a great value in round two for Miami and Harris could be an offensive rookie of the year candidate in this situation.
