2. Second round: Jayson Oweh, EDGE, Penn State

Let’s take advantage of the mock draft simulators while we can, shall we?

Jayson Oweh has been considered a potential first-round wild card throughout the college football offseason for his ridiculous athletic ability and chiseled frame, as well as a number of big flashes on tape.

Oweh has reportedly run the 40-yard dash in under 4.4 seconds at 6-foot-5, 252 pounds.

Even though Oweh doesn’t have a sack in Penn State’s first two games, he’s been terrorizing the opposing quarterback with his speed and bend around the edge. It’s possible that he could be under-valued come time for the 2021 NFL Draft because of his lack of elite ‘production’ with sacks but he gets after the QB.

The Cowboys need a young, talented piece off the edge to continue building around. If Oweh presents himself in round two, he would be really tough to pass up on.
