Miami Dolphins

The next team going down the draft that could trade down is the Miami Dolphins, but not necessarily their pick. The Dolphins own the first-round pick of the Houston Texans, which could very easily be a top-five selection.

With two picks already in the first round, the Dolphins could be open to making a move down in the order. They’ve had a slew of picks over the last few seasons, but adding more assets could be intriguing for a team that has sustained a complete rebuild over the last few seasons.

Odds are the Dolphins will be in a position to take a player that will play a big role in their rebuild, but they also seem like a contender to listen to calls that come across for at least one of their first-round picks.

Miami has looked a lot better this season and their holes are becoming less and more solvable. If they are one pick shy of what they needed to get over the hump, they could very easily move back in the first round to acquire an additional pick to fill that missing link on their path back to competing in the AFC East along with the Buffalo Bills and New England Patriots.
