If Chazz Surratt is selected in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft, it would be one of the coolest stories of the entire process.
Just a couple of years ago, this guy was a quarterback for the Tar Heels.
Mack Brown and his staff have made him a linebacker, and he has transformed into a superstar on that side of the ball.
If you’re a first-round pick at the linebacker position in the NFL, it’s required that you are a three-down threat.
Surratt has proven himself not only as a pass defender but as a pass rusher as well as a tackling machine, and he is consistently getting better.
He would be a really nice weapon for the Browns’ defense, which already has some studs on the front seven and in the defensive backfield.
