2021 NFL Draft: Which teams would pass on Trevor Lawrence?

Justin Herbert was not supposed to already be playing for the Los Angeles Chargers, but a bizarre situation with the team’s doctor administering an injection to Tyrod Taylor’s chest and puncturing his lung in the process has led to Herbert’s entrance into the NFL.
At this point, it would be surprising if Herbert relinquished the role.
The Chargers are also somewhat of a longshot candidate to be picking first overall in the 2021 NFL Draft.
With that said, they have suffered some substantial injuries defensively — the clear strength of the team — and with a rookie quarterback out there combined with injuries to key players on defense, the Chargers might have some trouble closing games throughout the season and you just never know.
If for some reason, the Chargers lose enough games to pick first overall in the 2021 NFL Draft, I don’t think they would choose Trevor Lawrence over Justin Herbert.
