Scouting Report. WR. Alabama. Pick Analysis. Jaylen Waddle. 8. player. 50

The Detroit Lions’ need for offensive skill talent is becoming abundantly clear at the beginning of the 2020 NFL season.

Despite Detroit already having used high picks on TJ Hockenson and D’Andre swift, they are going to need to invest a high pick at wide receiver to complement Kenny Golladay.

Jaylen Waddle could be the ideal player for the job.

Waddle is poised for a massive breakout campaign in the 2020 college season and could be the SEC player that benefits most from having games this year.

Waddle’s speed is tremendous, and he is a threat to score from any part of the field and playing pretty much any position, whether he’s an inside receiver, outside receiver, coming out of the backfield, or returning a kick/punt.

Waddle’s exceptional playmaking skills should get him into the top 10 of the 2021 NFL Draft and he would be a game-changing addition for the Detroit Lions’ offense.
