2021 NFL Draft: The SEC is back in this 2-round mock draft
When it comes to the linebacker position in the 2021 NFL Draft, most of the talk revolves around Alabama’s Dylan Moses and Penn State’s Micah Parsons, and for good reason.
But not far behind those guys is Missouri’s Nick Bolton, and we’re going to get to see that with the SEC back in action.
Bolton had 103 tackles last season with 8.5 for a loss, and he also picked off a pair of passes with seven total pass breakups, showing off his abilities in coverage.
As the 2021 NFL Draft gets closer, there’s no doubt in my mind that Bolton is going to be more and more coveted by NFL teams for his three-down abilities, which include tremendous coverage ability.
Not only is Bolton physical in the trenches when need be, but he is fast and can make plays behind the line of scrimmage. The Eagles, who coveted speed all throughout the 2020 NFL Draft, will love a player with Bolton’s profile.
