The Baltimore Ravens are a difficult team to pick for in these mock drafts. I mean, what do you give a team that has everything? How about an athletic defensive lineman who can make an impact all over the field in a variety of ways.

Aidan Hutchinson is listed by most as an edge defender, but the truth is that he has impressive versatility across the offensive line. Hutching displays a fantastic combination of size, length, power and athleticism that allows him to shine in a variety of roles.

Personally, I like Hutchinson most as a one-gap penetrator on the inside. He does a fantastic job of getting upfield quickly and collapsing the pocket from the inside. However, there is still plenty to like about Hutchinson’s game on the edge, especially on early downs.

Hutchinson is a tough and dependable run defender who sets the edge well and can two-gap at a high level. He has strong hands and consistently plays the game with an extremely high motor.

Simply put, Hutchinson is a versatile chess piece who should be able to impact the game in a variety of ways at the next level. He certainly looks different than most Ravens’ defensive linemen, but Hutchinson is undoubtedly a talented player who could fill a role early in his career.
