2021 NFL Draft: Round 1, Pick 24

Pick Analysis. Syracuse. Andre Cisco. player. 123. Scouting Report. S. 24

The Dallas Cowboys have put together an extremely talented roster with few holes on either side of the ball. They did a lot of work to their secondary over the offseason, but it is still an underwhelming unit that could get them in trouble when push comes to shove.

Whether it is cornerback or safety, the secondary feels like a great position to target for the Dallas Cowboys in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Here, they grab an impact safety prospect who stands out as an ideal fit for the team.

Andre Cisco is an incredible natural playmaker on the back-end who shows tremendous range and high-level instincts in zone coverage. He is an ideal single-high safety at the next level, consistently displaying the ability to defend the back end by himself. This guy is built well for the modern NFL, standing out as an exceptional defensive playmaker who has an incredible nose for the ball.

Cisco is one of the best safety prospects in the 2021 NFL Draft class and stands out as a guy who can come in and make an immediate impact at the next level. The Cowboys could certainly use a deep coverage safety and Cisco has a chance to become one of the best in the business. A strong pick for Jerry Jones and company here at No. 24.
