3. Safety

As of this particular moment in time, the Denver Broncos may have the best safety duo in the entire NFL in Justin Simmons and Kareem Jackson.

The two were absolutely awesome together in year one under Vic Fangio’s direction, and big things are expected for year two.

Simmons is playing the 2020 season on the franchise tag despite the best efforts of Denver Broncos fans everywhere to get the team to re-set the safety market with Simmons, and Jackson will be in a contract year in 2021.

The safety position is pretty thin behind those two guys even though the Broncos speak highly of former Florida State UDFA Trey Marshall.

The safety position doesn’t have any superstar players as of right now in the 2021 NFL Draft class but there are guys like TCU’s Trevon Moehrig, Syracuse’s Andre Cisco, and Oregon’s Jevon Holland who could be guys to keep an eye on in the first two rounds.
