Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. WR. 31. player. Wake Forest. Sage Surratt. 48

Chris Godwin, Rob Gronkowski, Lavonte David, Shaquil Barrett, Ndamukong Suh…

Those aren’t just the names of a bunch of the star players on this suddenly tremendous Tampa Bay Buccaneers roster, those are the names of their most high-profile 2021 free agents.

How do you keep all of those guys?

Perhaps losing players like Suh won’t hurt as bad considering his age, but what if the Bucs have to pick between guys like Godwin and either David or Barrett?

It will be tough.

One way or another, the Bucs might want to prioritize the wide receiver position, even as much as I like fifth-round pick Tyler Johnson out of Minnesota.

The Bucs will most likely find a way to retain Godwin, who is a young, budding star in the NFL right now. With Bruce Arians’ air-it-out offense, the Bucs could look to a deep receiver class to add another playmaker in round one and Sage Surratt is a fun option for them.

A big body at 6-foot-3, 215 pounds, Surratt can run routes inside or outside and be a presence after the catch.
