Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Virginia. Bryce Hall. 28. CB. 19. player

Actual pick: Damon Arnette, CB, Ohio State

Perhaps no player in the 2020 NFL Draft class had their stock plummet because they decided to return to school for another year than Virginia cornerback Bryce Hall.

He may not have had the most outstanding athletic traits, but his 2018 season was one of the best of any cornerback in college football.

He racked up 62 total tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, two interceptions, and a whopping 21 pass breakups.

The Raiders had an obvious need at cornerback going into the 2020 NFL Draft and Bryce Hall would have been a no brainer here had there been no 2019 college season to derail his stock.
