At this point in the mock draft, Pittsburgh defensive tackle Jaylen Twyman is simply too great of a value to ignore. Twyman is not the biggest interior defensive lineman, but his quick and explosive movements up front consistently stand out. This guy explodes off of the ball and through the line of scrimmage in an instant and consistently seems to find his way into the backfield.

The Cleveland Browns had a nice 2020 season in this scenario and simply sit back and take the best player available here. With Larry Ogunjobi hitting free agency after the 2020 season, defensive tackle could end up being a major position of need for this team. Twyman falling into their laps is an ideal scenario.

Twyman’s explosive first step immediately stands out on tape, but he does a great job of making the most out of his immediate advantage over the offensive lineman. Twyman is an extremely high motor player who closes on the quarterback quickly and shines in downfield pursuit. He is never going to be an elite two-gap run stuffer, but Twyman undoubtedly has a ton of upside as a one-gap penetrator.

The Cleveland Browns find themselves a nice defensive player who could quickly grow into a premier asset at the next level.
