Before finishing with our three specialists who best completes the 53 man roster?

This conversation goes all the way back to the quarterbacks. With Brett Hundley only signing for one year and the Cardinals seeming to be very interested in Chris Streveler, would they be willing to use their last slot on a QB? Some would say this would be a waste of a position but if this is a player they are not willing to lose to another team and someone that could play the Taysom Hill role I would fully support Streveler being number 53.

Cornerback is the next position I would look at specifically with the earlier mentioned Bejour Wilson, Zane Lewis, and Kevin Peterson battle. Although six seems like a high number of corners headed into the season, the Cardinals have continued to have problems with the position over the past couple of years and would benefit from having one more option.

The last player I believe to have a chance at making the roster, a long shot at that, is defensive lineman Michael Dogbe. After a 2019 campaign where he played in eight games, only recording a tackle in four games, the 2019 seventh-rounder has a chance to make the roster strictly due to lack of depth at the position. Although Dogbe was meant to be a work in progress I did not see enough to put him on the 53 starting 2020.

Taking all of this into account I believe this will be a tight race but Chris Streveler currently holds the lead as he could make an impact at multiple positions and in the Cardinals’ future.
