4. Tua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins

I struggled not putting Tua at number 2 or 3 on this list.

I think Tagovailoa is going to light it up right away in the NFL, though I’m not certain the Dolphins have the best group of playmakers around him just yet.

The Dolphins are in a long-term rebuilding process which Tua is now at the center of. He’s going to be counted on to be the present and future of the Dolphins, who have made substantial additions to their roster on both sides of the ball.

With that said, the Dolphins are in a great position from an optics perspective to keep rebuilding and struggle in 2020 or be good and surprise people with how fast the rebuild is going.

Most people felt they overachieved last season, even winning just five games.

If Tagovailoa can come in and play well, the Dolphins have a shot at the AFC East in 2020.
