Wide Receivers: (6, 16/53)

  1. Julio Jones
  2. Calvin Ridley
  3. Russell Gage
  4. Olamide Zaccheaus
  5. Laquon Treadwell
  6. Chris Rowland

Juilo Jones is still the best wide receiver in football and Ridley now slips into the number two role for the full season with Mohamed Sanu now a member of the New England Patriots. This receiver group is filled with many young playmakers for the 2020 season.

Gage is coming off a solid sophomore year with 49 receptions, 446 yards, and one touchdown. I expect him to have a bigger role this upcoming season as the number three receiver for the Atlanta Falcons.

Zaccheaus was a UDFA is 2019 and made the roster at 22-years old and I see the makings of a speedy deep threat option for the Falcons. His first-ever NFL catch went for 93 yards and to the end zone. What a way to start your career!

Laquon Treadway was a former first-round pick of the Minnesota Vikings and I believe will rebound well with a solid group of guys around him. Sometimes a change of scenery is all a player needs and Matt Ryan throwing to you does not hurt.

Rowland is a UDFA but has solid return skills on special teams and if he can catch as well as he runs he may make a case for that last receiver spot. It does not look good for guys like Christian Blake or Brandon Powell unless they have a strong preseason.

Surprise Cut: Christian Blake
