Edge rusher (6, 39/53)

  • 1. Yannick Ngakoue
  • 2. Josh Allen
  • 3. K’Lavon Chaisson
  • 4. Cassius Marsh
  • 5. Aaron Lynch
  • 6. Lerentee McCray

With the idea that there will be a lot of different looks for the Jaguars defense in 2020, Jacksonville will be hoping their edge unit could provide them with some versatility this season. Luckily they have plenty of guys that can fill several roles.

While Yannick Ngakoue has not been shy about his lack of interest in being a Jaguar, he is still slated to return opposite Josh Allen as the main edge presence in Jacksonville.

The Jags did add an insurance policy in K’Lavon Chaisson with the 20th pick of the 2020 NFL Draft, who should see plenty of action regardless of whether Ngakoue is still with the team this season or not.

Veterans Cassius Marsh and Aaron Lynch were brought in as free agents to add some needed depth, while special teams captain Lerentee McCray returns to the unit as well.
