Taking a look at the top NFL Draft picks made by the New England Patriots in the 2010s.

We are about to enter a completely new era of New England Patriots football. Before we see what Jarrett Stidham and company can do, let’s look back and see what the Pats were able to do in the NFL Draft over the last ten years.

It was an impressive decade for the Patriots, as Bill Belichick and Tom Brady were able to lead the Pats to three Super Bowl championships and five appearances in the big game. Brady and Belichick were obviously around well before the 2010s, but the Patriots found many impact players throughout the decade in the NFL Draft who were extremely important to their success.

In this post, we are going to take a look at the five best NFL Draft picks made by the New England Patriots in the 2010s. By this time next year, the Patriots hope that Stidham would be involved in a list like that. If Stidham can become a legitimate franchise quarterback for the Pats, he will obviously be among their most valuable selections in recent memory, but we simply have not seen enough out of him to include him on this list.

Instead, we are going to look at five established players who have been major parts of championship teams in the recent history of the New England Patriots. All five of these guys have had impressive NFL careers and we even have at least a couple of future Hall of Famers on this list. First up, an impressive offensive lineman who the New England Patriots were able to steal in the 2015 NFL Draft.
