The Arizona Cardinals struggled badly with injuries at the running back position over the past couple of seasons, notably trying to keep David Johnson on the field.

They found themselves a gem in a mid-season trade last year with Kenyan Drake, who came in from the Miami Dolphins and established himself as one of the best all-around backs in the NFL over the second half of the season.

In eight games with Arizona, he racked up over 800 yards from scrimmage and eight total touchdowns.

Chase Edmonds was a nice backup for Arizona last year with five total touchdowns and over five yards per carry.

Eno Benjamin out of Arizona State was one of the 2020 NFL Draft’s biggest steals as a seventh-round pick.
