Seattle Seahawks

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 27. CB. Stanford. Paulson Adebo. player. 36

The last time the Seattle Seahawks took a converted receiver to play cornerback from Stanford it worked out pretty well, didn’t it?

This Seattle team has really emphasized building through the draft and they’ve done as good of a job as just about any team could expect to do going through a ‘rebuild’ of such a legendary defense that was dismantled.

Paulson Adebo has eight interceptions over the last two seasons for Stanford and 27 pass breakups. He has been all over the field for them making plays both in coverage and as a tackler.

If he can be more consistent at not biting on double moves in man coverage, he could wind up going in the top 20 picks.

In this mock draft, he’s a nice value option for the Seattle Seahawks and a potential early starter for their secondary.
