Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Oregon. Jevon Holland. 52. S. 21. player

Oregon’s defense often asks a lot of some of its best players, and Jevon Holland is no exception.

He has played safety and slot corner in his time with the Ducks, and has excelled at both.

Holland has proven himself to be one of the best defensive playmakers in college football over the past two seasons.

The 6-foot-1, 200 pound junior has nine interceptions and 10 pass breakups in his first two seasons with the Ducks, and emerged in his sophomore season as a blitzer with 4.5 tackles for loss.

For the Jaguars, this is yet another piece in an impressive rebuilding process. Earlier in the first round of this mock draft they selected pass rusher Gregory Rousseau. Adding Jevon Holland to the mix would give this team a really impressive young core of players on the defensive side of the football.
