Hamilcar Rashed might not be the most well-known 2019 All-American in the country, but he’s certainly one of the best pass rushers.

The 2019 All-American racked up 62 tackles, 22.5 tackles for loss, and 14 sacks last season for the Oregon State Beavers, and he has some serious juice coming off the edge.

Entering his third year as a starter, Rashed has a chance to now establish himself as a first-round talent.

The Minnesota Vikings have taken on a lot of change on the defensive side of the ball, and they could be in the market for a rusher opposite Danielle Hunter in the 2021 NFL Draft. If Rashed can continue to build on what he put together in 2019, he is definitely going to be in that conversation.
