2021 NFL Draft: Washington Redskins get top pick in new mock draft

21. Buffalo Bills: Deonte Brown, Offensive Line, Alabama
The Bills offense is coming together at just the right time. Tom Brady is off to Tampa Bay and the Jets and Dolphins are still putting the pieces together, meaning the division could belong to Buffalo. A 10-6 season would get the job done in a week division and put the Bills well into the playoffs. Even with a playoff appearance and possible division title, the Bills still have work to do.
Their offensive line is serviceable, but an upgrade is something they should explore. With a late-first, they are once again in the right spot at the right time to make the necessary upgrade to the line.
Alabama has had a solid line for a long time which is why every year there seems to be one selected and the 2021 NFL Draft should be no different. Brown would slide into the line in Buffalo well and would greatly help the progression of the Bills’ control on the division.
The Bills could also look to the defense here, specifically the line. Given the recent developments surrounding Ed Oliver, Buffalo could be in the market for an interior defensive lineman to at least have an insurance policy if not a potential replacement.
