Scouting Report. 29. Pick Analysis. WR. Iowa. Ihmir Smith-Marsette. player. 15

I’m going to go ahead and take a shot here that I don’t see anyone else taking.

If you ain’t first, you’re last, right?

Ihmir Smith-Marsette is the best player in the 2021 NFL Draft-eligible crop that no one is talking about.

One of the best playmakers in the Big Ten, Smith-Marsette is a weapon in the open field with speed, quickness, elusiveness, and home run type ability no matter where he catches the ball.

He’s one of the best all-around weapons in college football and showed it as a junior at Iowa with five receiving touchdowns, three rushing touchdowns, and a pair of kickoff return touchdowns.

For the Saints, he would obviously be joining one of the most talented groups of offensive weapons in the NFL, and I think he could add great value here in the late first round.
