2021 NFL Draft: The first tank for Trevor Lawrence mock draft
The Tennessee Titans become the first team to take a tight end in the first round since 2019 when the Denver Broncos used the 20th overall pick on Iowa’s Noah Fant.
Pat Freiermuth is a really fun prospect to watch with size, athleticism, a huge catch radius, and fantastic hands.
This guy’s hands are magnets to the football and he’s so athletic and nimble in space for a player of his size.
With Delanie Walker gone and Jonnu Smith in a contract year, the Titans have to look forward at the tight end position and Freiermuth is as good of a player you will find at that position.
At 6-foot-5, 256 pounds, Freiermuth has great overall size and in two seasons at Penn State, he’s been a machine with 15 touchdowns on 69 receptions.
Very nice, indeed.
