UMASS. 46. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Defensive Back. Isaiah Rodgers. 211

The New York Jets were the owners of the 211th pick going into the 2020 NFL Draft, but the Indianapolis Colts traded cornerback Quincy Wilson straight up for the pick. Wilson had been on the block since last season and this is a nice new start for the former 2017 second-rounder.

After dealing Wilson, the Colts used their new pick to replace him with Isaiah Rodgers out of the University of Massachusetts.

Rodgers put up some eye-popping numbers at UMASS as you tallied 11 interceptions in his career, returning three of them for touchdowns. He also proved to be a dangerous return man as well, which is likely where his biggest contribution will be as a rookie.

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Wide Receiver. player. Washington State. Dezmon Patmon. 212. 46

Earlier in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Indianapolis Colts traded the 182nd overall pick to the New England Patriots for picks 212 and 213. With the first pick they received, the Colts nabbed a big-time athlete in wide receiver Dezmon Patmon.

Patmon was a productive player Washington State but really put his name on the map after dominating the NFL Combine. Not only did he perform well in drills, but he ran a 4.48 40 and jumped 11 feet in the broad jump, and he did all of this while standing 6-foot-4 and weighing 225 pounds.

That athletic profile makes him an intriguing option this late in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Michigan. Jordan Glasgow. 213. player. 46. Pick Analysis. Linebacker. Scouting Report

To finish off the Indianapolis Colts three-peat of picks in the sixth round, they capped off their 2020 NFL Draft class with linebacker Jordan Glasgow out of Michigan.

Glasgow is a highly experienced, intelligent and aggressive linebacker, but doesn’t have the size or coverage ability to play any significant snaps at the next level. However, he will be an immediate spark plug on special teams, which is likely exactly why he was taken with this pick.
