Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. OT. 13. Iowa. Tristan Wirfs. player. 48

I feel like I am giving out too many high grades, but I really liked a lot of these early picks. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are another team who did well in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. The Bucs had to find a way to secure one of the top four offensive tackles and they were able to do so by trading up one pick for Tristan Wirfs.

Wirfs showed off his freak athleticism at the combine and it also translates to the field. Wirfs has an impressive combination of short-area quickness and power at the point of attack. He moves extremely well in space and can manhandle opposing defenders at the line of scrimmage as well. Wirfs is undoubtedly one of the top-tier offensive tackles in the 2020 NFL Draft class and should be able to come in and provide immediate value at right tackle for the Bucs.

2020 NFL Draft Grade: A

IDL. South Carolina. Javon Kinlaw. 14. player. Scouting Report. 42. Pick Analysis

I like Javon Kinlaw as a 2020 NFL Draft prospect. His combination of length, power and quickness up front makes him an extremely exciting player who could quickly become a dynamic playmaker at the next level. That being said, I am not a huge fan of this move by the San Francisco 49ers.

They did trade down one spot, but the 49ers basically just swapped out DeForest Buckner for Kinlaw here. Kinlaw is a talented player, but Buckner is one of the best interior defensive linemen in the entire NFL. I know, Kinlaw will be on a rookie contract while Buckner just got a massive extension from the Indianapolis Colts, but I still would have liked to see the 49ers address other positions of need here. Jerry Jeudy or CeeDee Lamb would have made a lot of sense for this team.
