Indianapolis Colts trade-up targets in the 2020 NFL Draft

The Indianapolis Colts are currently without a first-round pick, but with multiple second-round picks, they are a threat to trade into the first round.

The Indianapolis Colts made the bold move in 2020 free agency to go after quarterback Philip Rivers. That move indicates the Colts are obviously ‘all-in’ on the 2020 season even though Rivers is not signed beyond this year.

Indianapolis also traded away their top pick — 13th overall — in the 2020 NFL Draft for defensive lineman DeForest Buckner.

Leading up to the 2020 draft, the Colts’ top needs appear to be at wide receiver, tight end, and really solidifying their quarterback situation for the future.

They could also look into upgrading the defensive line and secondary some more.

With multiple second-round picks, the Colts are a threat to move up from the second pick in the second round and potentially jump back into the first. If they have an opportunity to get an impact player for 2020 or possibly a legit QB of the future, they might take it.
