Complete seven-round 2020 NFL mock draft for the Atlanta Falcons
The Atlanta Falcons pinpoint defense on the first two nights, offense on day three.
The 2020 NFL Draft is days away and the Atlanta Falcons could go in many directions. They have many needs on the defensive side on the ball like cornerback, interior linemen, linebacker, and edge rusher. On the offensive side of the ball, the Falcons need an interior lineman and depth at running back.
The Atlanta Falcons have six draft picks in the 2020 NFL Draft and currently hold the16th overall pick in the first round. On day two, the Falcons hold the 47th overall spot in round two and the 78th overall spot in round three. On day three of the draft, the Falcons have three of their picks, 119th and 134th overall in round four and 228th overall in round seven.
I believe at the top of Atlanta’s draft board is C.J. Henderson, Isaiah Simmons, Javon Kinlaw, Kristian Fulton and K’Lavon Chaisson. The Falcons may be able to land Kinlaw or Henderson at No. 16 overall if things go in their favor. Regardless, Chaisson will likely still be on the board at No. 16.
Simmons will definitely be a top ten pick, maybe even a top pick five and I believe it would cost a fortune to move up for him. The Falcons have been rumored to want to move up in the first round, perhaps Simmons is their target?
While that is possible, I believe the Falcons should stay in place or trade down if their top player is not there. Follow along as we go all seven rounds with the Atlanta Falcons in this mock draft.
