Completing the impressive offensive tri-fecta for the Dolphins in the 2020 NFL Draft is Michigan center Cesar Ruiz.
Ruiz, one of the youngest players in this draft, is considered the best interior lineman in this crop of players. He has tremendous size, athleticism, and despite being so young he’s got three years of starting experience.
After taking Andrew Thomas up top to be the team’s cornerstone piece at left tackle followed by the move up for Tua Tagovailoa, the Dolphins complete a trio of picks that could truthfully dramatically change the fortunes of their franchise.
Tua carries a bit of risk, but if you draft a guy like that, you have to put the best possible players around him, especially on the offensive line. How about getting the best left tackle and the best center in the draft?
