2020 NFL Draft: Final mock draft with shocking picks and big trades

Well, this would make Dave Gettleman look like an absolute genius now, wouldn’t it?

Although the likelihood of this actually happening is debatable, this would be one of those scenarios where everyone would be talking about how the Giants were able to reel in an absolute haul of future draft picks along with getting a guy they might have taken at four overall anyway.

Tristan Wirfs is an outstanding right tackle prospect who could also kick over to the left side or even guard if need be, and he would be charged with protecting fellow first-round pick Daniel Jones and paving running lanes for fellow first-round pick Saquon Barkley.

The Giants have some nice pieces offensively. They need the ‘hog mollies’ up front to keep things moving forward.

Tristan Wirfs is a freak of an athlete with super-human speed and strength for his size. He is better at this point in the run game than he is in pass protection, but his development in that regard will come quickly.
