The 2020 NFL Draft wide receiver class is very deep and talented. In this post, I rank 40 WR prospects, including my favorite sleeper nearly cracking the top 5.

Regardless of how the prospects pan out, the 2020 NFL Draft wide receiver class will go down at least as the most hyped positional group in NFL Draft history. Everyone is talking about how deep and how talented the group is, and after watching hours of tape, I have to agree.

While there are still only a handful of guys that I see as near sure-fire, franchise-changing, number one wide receivers in this class, the depth is absolutely incredible. You can draft a player in the seventh round and he will almost surely have an impact on his team’s performance if he sees the field.

The top three wide receivers in the 2020 NFL Draft seem to be no secret. There is the Alabama pair of Jerry Jeudy and Henry Ruggs III, as well as CeeDee Lamb out of Oklahoma. These seem to be the consensus top guys at the position, all bringing a different element to the team that selects them.

Other guys such as Justin Jefferson, Tee Higgins, Denzel Mims, Brandon Aiyuk, Jalen Reagor and Laviska Shenault Jr. have had first-round buzz as well. I have a few sleepers that I would throw into that hat as well, but as the draft goes on, the wide receiver talent does not drop off dramatically.

Throughout the entirety of the 2020 NFL Draft, value at the wide receiver position should be there. Even possibly after the draft, as some well-deserving receivers may not end up getting drafted and should be top-priority undrafted free agents.

For this article, I watched film on and wrote up 40 different prospects, which is the most of any position in the 2020 NFL Draft. The class really is that deep. My rankings may surprise some people, but I am confident in my evaluations, with a ton of impactful players available for teams April 23-25.
