Buffalo Bills: Late-Round sleeper targets in the 2020 NFL Draft
By Tyler Kirk
Five late-round targets the Buffalo Bills could look to target in the 2020 NFL Draft.
The Buffalo Bills offseason started by acquiring Stefon Diggs from the Minnesota Vikings. They had to give up draft capital in the 2020 NFL Draft, including their first-round selection to get the talented receiver, but for a team that doesn’t have many holes, this move made a ton of sense.
As the NFL free agency period continued, the team looked to add more players. They did exactly that by adding former All-Pro cornerback Josh Norman. This move may have come as a surprise for Bills fans but Norman reunites with his old coach Sean McDermott. The Buffalo Bills also added defensive playmakers E.J. Gaines, Vernon Butler, Mario Addison, A.J. Klein and Quinton Jefferson.
These players all have NFL experience and can step in and help contribute day one. The Buffalo Bills did a great job with replacing players they lost in free agency. Signing these players allows the team to draft the best player available.
In the 2020 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills look to add to their already deep roster. The team has a total of seven picks in the draft, including two sixth-round selections.
I believe that there are a ton of players in this 2020 NFL Draft class that can make a difference for this Buffalo Bills team. The NFL teams that draft the best usually do a great job on day three of the draft. That is what we are going to look at today. A couple of sleeper picks the Buffalo Bills could target in the later rounds.
