This San Francisco 49ers seven-round mock draft features a focus along the offensive line, plus getting a stud for the secondary.

It was a disappointing end to the 2019 season for the San Francisco 49ers, as they looked to have the Super Bowl in their grasp in the middle of the fourth quarter. Alas, it wasn’t meant to be. The good news is that the Niners are built to get back to the big game, as they bring back a strong defense and creative offense under head coach Kyle Shanahan.

While the roster is great, the 49ers did lose a couple of big pieces during the free agency period. They traded away defensive tackle DeForest Buckner to the Indianapolis Colts for the 13th overall pick which shocked the NFL world, which was heralded as a good move for both sides, especially after Arik Armstead got a massive extension. The Niners now have two first-round picks to grab two elite players early in the draft before going silent until round five.

Other positions on the list of needs include the interior offensive line and corner. Both guard spots could use an upgrade in the draft, and finding an elite player opposite Richard Sherman makes a ton of sense. With Emmanuel Sanders gone, wide receiver is a position to look at as well, and the Niners are in a great spot to make that happen at 13 overall.

Whatever they do in a week, it should be interesting. Let’s take a stab at it and look at who they could take in this mock draft.
