After hours of film study, we take a look at my personal 2020 NFL Draft QB rankings and analysis for the top 20 prospects at the position.

Well everyone, the 2020 NFL Draft is nearly upon us. The teams have likely finalized their big boards, the prospects are making some final efforts to impress teams and improve their draft stock and the IT departments are hard at hard preparing for a safe and secure “virtual draft”.

As I finalize the rankings of my own, I will be bringing them to you here, position by position. Over the past weeks and months I’ve spent a ton of time watching film, forming opinions and writing up little scouting reports for 300 total 2020 NFL Draft prospects.

As I bring them to you, what better place to start than at quarterback? The 2020 NFL Draft will likely open that way, and QB is always one of the most popular and polarizing positions to discuss around draft time.

Is Joe Burrow a lock at the number one pick? Do teams really like Justin Herbert more than Tua Tagovailoa? Would a team really consider using a top 10 pick on such a raw player like Jordan Love? Where do the next three quarterback prospects stack up in Jacob Eason, Jake Fromm and Jalen Hurts? Is there anyone worth drafting after the guys listed above?

There is never a shortage of topics when it comes to the quarterback position. There are always storylines, mysteries, and uncertainties that eventually play themselves out on draft night(s). But until then, we are left to speculate.

Everyone forms their own opinions about who is better than who, which player this team or that team should take. Which guys will be total busts. And that is the beauty of draft season. With everything going on in the world today, the 2020 NFL Draft may be the most unpredictable draft we have seen in recent history.

These rankings and analysis posts are my opinion about the order that I think the prospects at that position should come off the board on draft day. It’s not a prediction, but rather my own personal opinion about these prospects after watching and analyzing hours of film throughout draft season.
