54. . S. Philadelphia Eagles. Xavier McKinney. 21. player

The Eagles could go in many directions with their first-round selection but I think they should focus on the defensive side of the ball. I know they need wide receiver help, but with Lamb, Ruggs, and Jeudy off the board, they should address their safety need. Then they can look for a receiver in round two as this is a fantastic class of receivers

Xavier McKinney is the top safety in the 2020 NFL Draft class and would fill an immediate need for the Eagles. The Eagles moved cornerback Jalen Mills to the safety spot after they traded for Darius Slay.

Mills at safety is not a long term solution and McKinney would dominate in defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz’s system. McKinney’s numbers last season were spectacular with 95 tackles, three sacks, four forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and three interceptions for Alabama.

Biggest Needs: WR, LB, S

. WR. Minnesota Vikings. Justin Jefferson. 22. player. 60

This is the first of two picks in round one for the Vikings as they acquired this pick from the Stefon Diggs trade to the Buffalo Bills. The Vikings use this pick to find their replacement for Diggs by selecting Justin Jefferson from the LSU Tigers.

Jefferson would pair well with Adam Thielen as a one-two punch in Minnesota. Jefferson put up solid numbers last season having 111 receptions, 1,540 yards and 18 touchdowns.

The Vikings have some young talent for depth as they drafted two wide receivers in the seventh-round of the 2019 draft, Bisi Johnson and Dillon Mitchell. They also signed Tajae Sharpe in free agency this offseason, who spent three seasons with the Titans.

Biggest Needs: WR, CB, Edge

23. player. 44. . CB. Atlanta Falcons. Kristian Fulton

The Falcons traded down in the first round and select a cornerback. The position is a major need for this team because they released Desmond Trufant this offseason. The Falcons do have three young corners who are on the rise but need another playmaker to compete with Isaiah Oliver and Kendall Sheffield for the starting role.

Oliver was a second-round pick in the 2018 draft and Sheffield was a fourth-pick in the 2019 draft. Sheffield was not the only corner the Falcons took in the 2019 draft, they also selected Jordan Miller in the fifth-round. All of them will fit well with Kristian Fulton the LSU cornerback who would make an immediate impact for the Falcons.

Biggest Needs: CB, IDL, Edge

player. 15. . LB. New Orleans Saints. Kenneth Murray . 24

The Saints take the best defensive player left on the board and can plug Kenneth Murray right in from day one. The Saints do have some other important needs as well and could go after a receiver or cornerback but simply can not pass on a player like Murray.

Murray is a big physical linebacker who is a great tackler, he had over 100 tackles in each of his past two seasons at Oklahoma. Murray would be a good fit on the left side of the linebacker unit and could compete with veteran Demario Davis.

Biggest Needs: WR, CB, OL
