Pick Analysis. LSU. Lloyd Cushenberry III. 33. player. 56. Scouting Report. IOL

The Cincinnati Bengals are going to grab their new franchise quarterback in the 2020 NFL Draft. With their second-round pick in this mock draft, they get Burrow an important offensive asset who they are extremely familiar with.

Lloyd Cushenberry III is one of the best interior offensive linemen in the 2020 NFL Draft class. He is an extremely smart and athletic player up front who shines in pass protection and attacks the second level well in the run game. Cushenberry also shows adequate strength and power at the point of attack. He is a rock-solid player who could step right in and lead the Bengals’ offensive line from the center position.

Zack Baun. player. Pick Analysis. LB/EDGE. Wisconsin. 34. 47. Scouting Report

With incredible versatility in the defensive front seven and impressive on-field awareness, Zack Baun stands out as an obvious fit for the New England Patriots. He was primarily an edge rusher in college, but also shows a ton of natural upside in coverage.

Baun can make an impact on the edge and as an off-ball defender. Bill Belichick loves a guy who can do it all and Baun fits the bill. He could come in and immediately become an important defensive weapon for the Pats in the front seven.

EDGE. 35. Scouting Report. Yetur Gross-Matos. player. 50. Pick Analysis. Penn State

After snagging an elite cornerback prospect earlier, the Detroit Lions go back to the defensive side of the ball with their first second-round pick. Yetur Gross-Matos is a bit of a raw and underdeveloped player, but he has an enticing combination of length, athleticism and power that will play at the next level. The Lions find another exciting defensive playmaker for Matt Patricia to work with here in the second round.

Utah. Jaylon Johnson. 36. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. CB. 42

Jaylon Johnson is a big, long and physical cornerback prospect who shines in press coverage at the line of scrimmage. He is physical throughout the route and shows enough speed to keep up with most receivers deep down the field. Johnson also shows strong ball skills and reads the quarterback extremely well. Cornerback is a major position of need for the 49ers and Johnson is an exciting player at the position who could provide immediate value for this Super Bowl contender.
