21. 54. Scouting Report. WR. LSU. Justin Jefferson. player. Pick Analysis

Justin Jefferson was one of the most productive wide receivers in college football last season, piling up 111 receptions for 1,540 yards and 18 touchdowns. He was a consistent playmaker for Joe Burrow in the LSU offense, showing a phenomenal skill-set from the slot.

Jefferson is a quick and smooth route runner who separates well against man coverage. He also has a knack for finding the soft spots in the zone. Jefferson also shows soft hands and consistently catches the ball away from his body. Once the ball is in his hands, Jefferson shows natural elusiveness in the open field. He is not the most explosive receiver in the 2020 NFL Draft class, but Jefferson does a nice job of creating extra yardage after the catch.

Jefferson is never going to be an elite deep receiver, but he is a rock-solid playmaker in the short-to-intermediate range. He is best suited to primarily make plays out of the slot, but Jefferson has the overall skill-set to make an impact on the outside as well. The Philadelphia Eagles undoubtedly lack playmakers at the wide receiver position and Jefferson stands out as an obvious target for the team with this pick.

Pick Analysis. player. 48. Scouting Report. OT. Georgia. Isaiah Wilson. 22

Isaiah Wilson is not quite as impressive as the top four offensive tackles in the 2020 NFL Draft class. That being said, Wilson is a strong right tackle prospect who has a chance to make an immediate impact at the next level. Wilson’s combination of size, power, length and movement skills gives him plenty of upside as both a run blocker and in pass protection.

He could come in and immediately fill the Buccaneers’ massive hole at the right tackle position, helping protect Tom Brady and opening up holes in the run game. Trading down and still being able to bring in Wilson would be a strong move for the Bucs in the 2020 NFL Draft.
