Utah. Javelin Guidry . 157 . player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Cornerback . 26

2016 fourth-round pick Tavon Young has struggled to stay healthy, with his last injury being a neck injury that caused him to miss the entire 2019 season. If the Baltimore Ravens cannot rely on Young to stay healthy, they could look to replace him. And with Carr also gone, the Baltimore Ravens could look to add some depth in their secondary as well as a player with some starting potential.

A projected slot corner at the next level, Utah’s Javelin Guidry is a feisty player with some surprisingly good ball skills for a player his size. Additionally, and most notably Guidry is a blazingly fast corner prospect, which helps him shadow receivers on a moderately consistent basis. A likely depth piece early on, Guidry could eventually grow into a starting-caliber slot corner at the next level.

Offensive Tackle . Michigan. Jon Runyan . player. 26. Pick Analysis. 225 . Scouting Report

One move that wasn’t mentioned before was the release of swing-tackle/guard James Hurst after the Baltimore Ravens after two years into a four- year extension. Hurst was a hit and miss starter when playing in the place of guys like Yanda or Ronnie Stanley, which caused him to be relegated to a backup role. With not a lot of tackle depth outside of castoff veteran Andre Smith, the Baltimore Ravens could spend a late-round pick on a player such as Jon Runyan.

Runyan most of his snaps in Ann Arbor at left tackle but has the ability to also switch over to the right side (played right tackle in the 2017 Outback Bowl). He’s not his father, but he does possess some adequate movement skills and some functional strength. To put it simply, Runyan would be a solid depth piece and swing tackle for the Baltimore Ravens going forward.
