Complete seven-round 2020 NFL mock draft for the Baltimore Ravens
Despite bringing back outside linebacker Matthew Judon on the franchise tag and trading for Campbell from the Jacksonville Jaguars, pass rusher is still a need for the Baltimore Ravens. Tyus Bowser has shown flashes of improvement on the field and Jaylon Ferguson is still a wait and see type of player after having a quiet rookie season.
Although the Baltimore Ravens have had a lack of success at addressing pass rusher on day two in the recent past, here they take Utah pass rusher Bradlee Anae. More of a pure technician than an athlete, Anae plays with a fast-paced motor that allows him to get the best of opposing tackles. While he’s limited in his versatility in that you wouldn’t put him in coverage too often, Anae can be a steady compliment opposite of Judon.
It was rumored throughout the offseason that the Baltimore Ravens were planning to move on from former first-round pick Hayden Hurst. The suitors were rumored to be the New England Patriots and the Jacksonville Jaguars, but ultimately they dealt him to Atlanta Falcons for a second-round selection. While they could ultimately sign a low-end free agent to replace Hurst on the depth chart. Here, they go with Devin Asiasi with their final pick in the third round.
Asiasi showed some good moments on film, displaying a natural ability to catch the ball and is equally effective after the fact. Additionally, he shows just enough ability as a run blocker to seamlessly fit into the Baltimore Ravens tight end room.
